About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Hard Landscaper to join a high-end garden design business delivering premium residential projects across the South West.

This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity for the right candidate and would suit someone who takes real pride in the quality of their work and enjoys creating beautifully finished outdoor spaces.

You will work as part of a skilled and professional team, delivering a range of bespoke landscaping features with a strong focus on craftsmanship, precision and attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Install patios, pathways and terraces.
• Build retaining walls, steps and structural garden features.
• Carry out decking, fencing and bespoke garden installations.
• Complete groundworks, levels, drainage and site preparation.
• Work accurately from detailed plans and specifications.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high-end finish.
• Work effectively alongside other landscapers and trades.
• Maintain a clean, tidy and professional working environment.
• Follow company health and safety procedures at all times.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

• Strong previous experience in hard landscaping.
• Confident carrying out paving, walling, decking and groundworks.
• Ability to deliver precise, high-quality finishes.
• Experience working on premium residential or design-led landscaping projects would be advantageous.
• Reliable, professional and comfortable working within a small team.
• Good attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Ability to work independently when required.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.
