Landscaping General Operatives and Team Leaders

About the Role:

Experience Needed: No – full training provided

Driving Licence: Essential

CSCS required, or a willingness to obtain one before starting.

Our client is a well‑established landscaping company providing high‑quality grounds maintenance and soft landscaping services across commercial and private sites. They offer a supportive team environment, ongoing training, and long‑term opportunities for the right people. We are recruiting Soft Landscaping Labourers to join their growing team. If you enjoy working outdoors and have a positive, hands‑on attitude, this could be a great fit.

Main Responsibilities:

You will be involved in a range of outdoor tasks, including:

• Turfing, planting, mulching and basic fencing
• Using a variety of tools and landscaping equipment
• Reporting any issues and following all health & safety procedures
• Working independently and as part of a friendly team

Required Skills and Experience:

You don’t need previous landscaping experience – we welcome candidates with transferable skills from labouring, construction, warehouse, farming, outdoor work or similar roles.

• Reliable, hardworking and willing to learn
• Comfortable with physical outdoor work in all weather
• Strong attention to detail
• Full UK driving licence (required)
• CSCS card or willingness to obtain one
