About the Role:

We are looking for two reliable Multi-Skilled Operatives to support a variety of small works projects across Exeter throughout August. The successful candidates will be confident carrying out general building, maintenance, decorating and landscaping tasks.

This is a varied role suited to experienced operatives who are comfortable working independently, using hand and power tools and completing a range of practical duties across different sites.

Requirements:

Carry out internal and external painting works.
Complete general external tidying and site clearance.
Assist with the removal of patios and other external materials.
Carry out fencing repairs and installation.
Assist with the construction of a pergola.
Complete general building, maintenance and labouring duties.
Use hand and power tools safely and confidently.
Work independently and as part of a small team.
Maintain a clean and safe working area.
Follow site instructions and health and safety procedures.
Complete work to a good standard within agreed timescales.
Travel between various small works projects across Exeter as required.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

Previous experience in general building, property maintenance, landscaping or multi-trade work.
Experience with painting and decorating.
Experience carrying out fencing or basic carpentry work.
Confident using hand and power tools.
Able to complete physically demanding work.
Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
Good communication skills.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Valid CSCS Card is essential.
Own transport would be beneficial due to the various locations across Exeter.
Relevant trade qualifications or additional tickets would be advantageous.
