  • Produce basic sketches, schedules and technical information.
  • Liaise with suppliers, customers and internal project teams.
  • Maintain accurate project, estimating and purchasing records.
  • Provide general administrative support to the department.

As your knowledge and confidence develop, you will be given greater responsibility and the opportunity to manage smaller estimates, purchases and projects independently.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

Previous estimating or construction experience would be beneficial but is not essential, as full training will be provided.

The successful candidate will:

  • Be keen to learn and develop a long-term career within construction.

  • Be organised and able to manage several tasks at once.
  • Communicate confidently and professionally.
  • Be comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office.
  • Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Be willing to attend sites when required.
  • Hold a full UK driving licence or be working towards obtaining one.

Candidates with experience in construction administration, engineering, manufacturing, CAD, materials testing, quantity surveying or site-based construction work are also encouraged to apply.

What We Offer:

  • £28,000 – £32,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • Full training in estimating, purchasing and technical construction.
