About the Role:

We are looking for reliable and hard-working Warehouse Operatives to join a busy team based in Heathfield, Newton Abbot.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for consistent weekday work with no weekend shifts, full training and the potential for additional hours.

Previous warehouse experience is not essential. We are happy to consider candidates from a range of backgrounds including production, hospitality, retail, cleaning, labouring or other fast-paced environments.

Requirements:

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing deliveries.
• Check goods and maintain stock accuracy.
• Assist with general warehouse duties.
• Keep work areas clean, tidy and organised.
• Follow site health and safety procedures.
• Work efficiently as part of a team.
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
• Be comfortable working on your feet throughout the shift.
• Be punctual, reliable and ready to work.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

• Previous warehouse or production experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
• Experience in picking, packing or goods-in/goods-out would be advantageous.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to work well within a team.
• Positive and proactive attitude.
• Reliable and dependable approach to work.
• Comfortable carrying out physical duties throughout the day.

What We Offer:

• £12.71 per hour PAYE.
• Holiday pay in addition to your hourly rate.

• 8:00am to 4:00pm.
